Our Team

Our Practice is built on the principles of providing dental services that we would want for ourselves and our families.

We continuously take courses so that we are providing the most advanced procedures. All our staff are fully trained and certified.

Our unique service has established our place in this industry. This allows us to make a distinctive and substantial impact for our patients.

Our Philosophy

My philosophy is to enable my patients to "live long and prosper".

Established studies have shown that loss of even a single tooth shortens life span. There is ample evidence that mercury fillings are linked to Alzheimer's disease. Recently gum disease has been shown to be related to strokes and heart attacks.

My goal in life is to help my patients keep their teeth for a lifetime. I am trained to do whatever it takes to give them their natural teeth. I can move teeth, implant teeth, protect chewing teeth with white natural looking ceramic crowns that last. I have a dedicated trained staff and high tech equipment including lasers, diagnostic computers and state of the art machines in order to minimize pain and achieve the best results.

Nothing gives me greater pleasure than to see patients that are 70, 80 years old with healthy teeth and gums and nothing to do. "Then I know I have done my job well."

Dr. Louis Ong

I have been working happily as a dentist for 37 years. I have a wife and 2 boys. My oldest son Michael is an Oncologist at Victoria Hospital. My other son Dennis is a litigation lawyer at Foster Townsend in London.

My biggest joy is helping people to achieve and maintain healthy beautiful teeth. I particularly love it when people transform their lives through cosmetic dental treatments. They become more confident, more expressive. Their new smile help them to be more open and fun, often improving their overall lives.

Hygiene Team


Rochelle A high school summer job as a dental receptionist started me down the path of improving peoples health and smiles though dental hygiene. 20 years as a hygienist (15 with Dr.Ong) has shown me many changes in this profession and many opportunities have been given to me to increase my knowledge and continue to provide care and educate our patients about the importance of oral health in their everyday lives.	Brooke I come from a family who thought dental health was vital for me to become a healthy adult, this inspired me to pursue a career as a Dental Hygienist. I have been in the dental field for 6 years- 2 of these now with Dr. Ong. I love to motivate and help patients with all their dental and hygiene needs. I am updated on all the latest therapies dealing with periodontal disease. Exceeding our patients expectations is our main goal!

Assisting Team


Cassie I have been working with Dr.Ong for 1.5 yrs. I enjoy working as a dental assistant and continue to expand my knowledge within my own duties as well as the ability to educate patients on their oral health.	Jennifer Working with Dr.Ong for 15 yrs. I enjoy all facets of dentistry. I am very passionate about Orthodontics and TMJ with assisting Dr.Ong by creating New Smiles.

Administrative Team


Diana I have been with Dr.Ong for 18 years. I enjoy being an advocate for the patients. I always strive to build relationships with in our practice through education and assisting patients to make healthy decisions when restoring and maintaining their oral health with all options that are available.	Rita I have been with Dr.Ong for 3 years now. I enjoy working with him and the team. I have built trust with the patients in giving them the best possible service that I can offer. I enjoy seeing our patients leave our office with beautiful smiles and confidence.

Around the Office

Thank You for your Support of our 2010 Holiday Food Drive! Thank you to all of those who helped make our holiday food drive such a success. All donations went to support the London Food Bank.
